The new pixel-motion method was used to change the frames per sec.

It compares the previous and next frames, accounts for pixel movement,

and generate a new picture exactly where the new frame rate wants it.

Only two programs offer it for now, the Nero 2015 and the Adobe after

effects. The adobe is more or less experimental, but Nero 2015 is a

nightmare of a program to operate – so choose your poison
